We offer two 3-hour interactive online Sprints for Senior Life Insurance Claims Assessors, namely:

• Financial assessment of claims
• Dealing with complaints (including complaints to the Long-Term Insurance Ombudsman)

These Sprints aim to provide a comprehensive overview of advanced techniques, best practices, and emerging trends relevant to senior professionals in the Life Insurance industry and will be delivered online via MS Teams from 9h00-12h00.

Each Sprint will be anchored by ASISA Academy Programme Champion, Phumla Motsa, and topics will be presented by guest presenters from the life insurance industry.

Subject to a minimum of 10 participants, the fee is R1,100 + VAT per person per Sprint.
